This venue has exceptional service. the staff goes above and beyond to meet all luxurious needs. the Spa & wellness centre is well equipped with various amenities including a sauna, swimming pool, and hot tub. the outdoor pool provides beautiful views of the mountain range. the manicure and facial services offered here are the best in class. the location and entertainment options around the hotel are unbeatable.
The Spa lounge area can be improved, as it gets overcrowded during peak hours.
However, this is a minor issue compared to the overall luxurious experience provided by this hotel.
